One of the more serious tables in Barbizon — not a tourist restaurant but a proper chef's address, the kind that fills on weekday lunchtimes with people who have driven specifically for the sole. Mikaël Briens came from ten years between Saint-Tropez and Courchevel before settling here; the cooking reflects that training without losing its roots. The Lounge out back has become a separate thing in itself — a late evening space that gives the village somewhere to go after dinner.
