O Bout

The name is a gentle pun — "au bout," at the end — and the place earns it. Ô Bout opened in 2023 at the forest threshold of the Grande Rue, where the village runs out of cobblestones. The seasonal menu changes weekly: burgers, tapas, tatakis, fresh salads, a signature brioche perdue. Part restaurant, part wine bar, part local produce shop. Good value, relaxed atmosphere, popular with hikers emerging from the Fontainebleau trees.
